Light affects the body. Light is information.
Our glorious sun plays a central role in our ability to thrive.
Signalling from the sun syncs up the thousands of tasks the body needs to do.
Sunlight has different favourable and essential effects at varying times of the day.
Blue light at night confuses the body and its perfect system.
Artificial light (especially LEDs) are harmful and cause chaotic signalling in the body.
The experiments that ‘prove’ UV light is dangerous were completely unnatural.
Windows, glasses and contact lenses are an impediment to receiving the beneficial full-spectrum of light.
Lack of sunlight causes health problems.
Wearing sunglasses causes people to burn (the sunlight the eyes receive should match what the skin receives).
Darkness is also important - for our body to rest and rejuvenate.
This is my ode to sunlight, moonlight and the miracle of life.
